DELIVERY WITHIN THE U.K
We aim to get your item to you within 7-10 days and the majority of our items are dispatched from the studio by overnight courier well within this time, however this can change so please let us know if you have a specific delivery deadline. For orders over £30, most of our items (excluding furniture) include free P&P within MAINLAND United Kingdom. Orders under £30 are charged at £4-6 dependent on size and weight. Collection rom our studio in South London is also an option checkout. For areas not covered on our checkout page please get in touch for a quote.
International Delivery is available on most products. You will be able to get a quote for and pay for delivery to many countries at checkout. If your country is not listed this does not mean we can’t deliver – please email us at email@example.com or through the form on our website for a fast quote. This quote will be emailed to you and is made in accordance with the size and destination address of the order as per the delivery cost at the time of your order.
Please ensure that you check all items on receipt, as faulty or damaged items must be reported 7 working days from the day after you receive the parcel.
DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS
If you are not happy with products you have chosen and received, you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish under the Distance Selling Regulations, provided you exercise your right no longer than seven working days after the day on which you receive the products (excluding made to order/personalised items). Please note however that we pride ourselves on our commitment to the highest levels of customer service and will consider every situation on a case by case basis, subject to the situation, after this period.
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
Should you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch, please contact our Orders Team on firstname.lastname@example.org or call 07976707465. Please note that there may be occasions when a cancellation request is received after an order has been processed and dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched we will be more than happy to offer you a refund provided that the products are returned complete and in ‘as new’ condition. Where possible we would ask that you return the items with the original packaging. This is not possible for personalised or bespoke items. Please note that, with the exception of faulty items or goods damaged in transit, we are not responsible for return postage. Where goods are delivered to a third party you will need to be able to return the goods you ordered to us to be able to exercise this right.
In the unlikely event that a parcel arrives damaged or faulty please contact our Orders Team on 07976707465 or email email@example.com so we can arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund for you.
If you wish to return an item, with the exception of personalised & bespoke products, we need to receive it back into our studio within fourteen days of receipt for a refund or exchange. We ask that you please return the items with their original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights. As the goods are your responsibility until they reach our studio please ensure you suitably package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes.
With the exception of faulty and damaged goods we are not responsible for the return postage and do advise that you obtain a certificate of postage in case the parcel fails to reach us.
If you wish to cancel your order and return it to us, under the Distance Selling Regulations, you must let us know within seven working days from the day after receiving your parcel. This can be done by calling our Orders Team on 07976707465 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will then need to return the whole order to us, at your own expense. Once we receive the whole order back we will issue a full refund including the original delivery charge paid. Please note this does not apply to the personalised or bespoke items which cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.
