You provide us with information about yourself when you:

  • Make an order.
  • Subscribe to our mailing list and opt in to receive email marketing.
  • Interact with us for a competition or giveaway and opt in to receive email marketing before you enter.


When you make an order, we collect the following information:

  • Your contact and delivery details. This is in order to fulfil the order you have made, contact you during the order process where necessary and after your order is completed for feedback or reviews.
  • Your financial data in order to process the transaction is processed via Paypal and we do not have access to this.

When you opt in to receive our emails or enter a competition/giveaway we collect the following information:

  • Your name and email address. This is so that we can send you the information you have opted in for. We do this with your consent and you can opt out at any time you wish to do so. You will still receive emails related to your order if you make one.

We also collect data from direct interactions, for example collecting email addresses at shows and taking your details (or orders) over the phone.

We do not collect any sensitive data relating to race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, beliefs or political opinions.


We may have to share your personal data with the following parties:

  • HM Revenue & Customs, regulators and UK authorities who require reporting of processes.
